      • Your product/s will be dispatched within 7-10 business days of purchase.

      • An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number. If you are not at home when the parcel is delivered you will be left with a  notification about where you can pick the parcel up from.

      • All shipping times are an estimate only, shipping times may vary depending on weather conditions and peak times of the year.

      • Any taxes or duties imposed by individual countries outside of Australia is not included in the sale price of your product/s.

      • Dare to Chroma Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost or damage package during transit. We will, to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such. 

      • If your product is faulty, we will comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law. That includes that we will refund your payment or exchange or repair the product. 

      •We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on products that are faulty or non compliant. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit.
